- Attach a copy of Letter of procuration if available.

There are some special conditions you have to apply them to get this service which are:
- First, present identity card in all transactions of Al Ain Municipality
- Second, It’s allowed to sell a complete land, lot of the land or part of the lot. Third, land verification certificate is not required. Fourth, the original judgment document should be attached or true copy of it and attach a letter addressed to the municipality with the enforcement of the judgement.
