There are some required documents you should apply them to get this service, which are:
- Attach a copy of Passport (if not up to date in the system of land).
- Attach Family book (that were not updated in the system of land).
- Attach a copy of Identity Card (if not updated in the system of land).
- Attach a copy of Land verification certificate not exceeding one month.
- Attach a copy of Search certificate of land not exceeding 15 days.
- Attach a copy of Evaluation certificate.
- Attach a copy of If it is a sale and purchase process (for companies), then a trade license should be submitted too which should be 100% local.
- Attach Procuration and the purchase process should be stated explicitly (original).

There are some special conditions you have to apply them to get this service, which are:
- First, there is necessity to present of identity card or all transactions of of Al Ain Municipality.
- Second, it’s allowed to sell a complete land, or share of the land or part of the share.
- Third, it is not allowed to sell an allocated living lands and farms.
- Fourth, temporary land cannot be sold.
- Fifth, public houses can be sold if they are inherited only with the permission of the Ministry of Presidential Affairs.
